so... tony is a giant psychic buttface who has about 0 respect for personal space. as a result, it's probably necessary to have a good old permissions post so that you can tell me what's kosher and what's not kosher! i'll make sure to act on only what you limit me with (if i even do, and i'll make sure to contact you if anything escalates to the point where tony would act on his stupid), and reason the rest away with tony doesn't care / rp game magic / etc etc.

these are just for his mental abilities that affect your character's psyche, and not for any physical combat ones like telekinesis.

IS YOUR CHARACTER A PSYCHIC? Obvious enough question! Tony will pick up on this, but if for some reason you'd rather he not... let me know.
CAN TONY USE PSYCHIC BS ON YOUR CHARACTER? a simple y/n'll suffice. if the answer to this is NO, please specify if there's an IC reason for this (like a psychic shield or something, though tony's a pretty strong psychic so that doesn't need to be an automatic no). there doesn't need to be an IC reason for any Nos, but that's just for my records! also, if the answer is no, feel free to skip the rest of these questions.
